HH-P Aerogel Paste

1.Introduction

HH-P aerogel slurry is based on ultra-light and high-performance SiO2 aerogel with a thermal conductivity of 0.016 W/m·K at a normal temperature and a density of 50 Kg/m3. It uses a unique special process to make hydrophobic SiO2. The aerogel particles are dispersed in an aqueous medium, and the prepared paste with high heat insulation performance perfectly solves the dust problem of the aerogel during use and transportation. The dry coating of HHS-1 aerogel paste thermal conductivity can be as low as 0.018 W/m·K at room temperature, and the dry pulp density is as low as 60 kg/m3. After drying, the aqueous aerogel paste exhibits hydrophobic characteristics. HH-P aerogel paste is an ideal additive for lightweight, efficient insulation and waterproofing materials, especially in some water-based thermal insulation coatings.

6.Precautions

The aerogel paste should be added to the coating for thermal insulation. Please pay attention to the amount of paste added. The long-term stratification of the paste does not affect the performance, and the mixture can be evenly stirred. There is a small amount of powder when opening, it is recommended to wear a mask to protect. The paste is non-toxic and harmless, and can be washed with water after touch..

7.Storage Mode

Please keep the packing sealed and store in a dry and ventilated place. Do not mix with other volatile chemicals to prevent aerogels from absorbing these substances. The shelf life is 6 months. Sealed and shaded for 2 months after opening, the storage temperature is 5-25 ℃.
